Privacy
Auto Accessities L.L.C recognizes that you have a right to privacy, and we will not give or sell anyone specific information about you or any orders you have placed with us to any third party. Auto Accessities L.L.C will not send you email or other materials except as needed to complete and close an order placed by you or respond to a request by you, unless we have express permission from you to send said materials.

Security
The security of your information is very important to us. We use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your online order. SSL technology encrypts your information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than Auto Accessities L.L.C. Once you begin the order process, your computer will begin communicating with our server in secure mode.
Only browsers that use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer technology are able to purchase through the AARPAA.com website. If your browser does not support SSL, you can get an upgrade at Microsoft's or Netscape's home page.
Return Policy
All returns must include the original invoice or copy and have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which can be obtained by contacting Auto Accessities LLC prior to the return. Items with an invoice date of greater than 180 days (6 months) from the date of the requested RA# are not eligible for return. Items which are not in their original package and or have been painted, cut, glued or modified in any way or have missing parts will not be considered for return. All freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. No credit will be issued for items returned without a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returned items must be received no later than 30 days from the issue date of the Return Authorization number (RA#). If the order you receive is incorrect, please contact Auto Accessities LLC for resolution and/or Return Authorization Number (RA#). Shipping (including return shipping), handling, and the 20% restocking fees are all the responsibility of the customer on refused shipments.
Shipping
Auto Accessities LLC will only accept orders for addressees in the 48 Continental United States. The items ordered will determine the method for shipping. Small items combined with larger items from the same location will be shipped together. Smaller items will be shipped by UPS, Fed-Ex Ground, or other like carrier and usually be received in 2 to 5 business days. Oversized items will incur additional charges. .
Truck freight shipping is calculated by total weight. Shipment up to 150 lbs will be charged $95.00 shipped to a commercial address or $125.00 to a non-commercial/residential address. Shipments over 150 lbs will be higher. All hoods will also incur a $20.00 pallet charge. All truck shipments must be inspected before you sign for them.

Damaged Items
All products are inspected and professionally packaged by the manufacturer or primary distributor. Please open your package in the presence of the carrier and note any damage on the bill of lading before signing for your shipment. If an item is damaged, please contact Auto Accessities LLC and save the original packaging for inspection. DO NOT RETURN THE SHIPMENT until the issue has been resolved and you have been given a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Pricing and Payment
Auto Accessities LLC accepts only MasterCard and Visa orders with a minimum order amount of $50.00. Every order will be charged a $5.00 handling fee. All Michigan addressees will be subject to Michigan sales tax laws.
All prices, identification numbers, descriptions, specifications, and terms are subject to change without notice.
Warranty
All warranties and guarantees are the responsibility of the manufacturer and/or primary distributor and not Auto Accessities LLC.
Backorders
Any item not available for shipment at the time of your order will be backordered and cancelled. You may be contacted by Auto Accessities LLC when stock is available.
